No, these dumplings are not just any ordinary pasta, they are made with great care and love, just like the rule back home in Maramu. We make them only from durum wheat flour, fresh eggs and carefully selected mushrooms, picked from our mountain forests, where the air is clean and the soil is generous.

The mushrooms, you just have to feel them in the dough! We dry them gently, so that they retain all their earthy and floury flavor, then we mix them well into the crust, so that they reach every strip of lasca. Once they're cooked, the lasca remain floury and just good for capturing the flavor of the sauces. Then you just have to eat them like that, with a little butter and a handful of green parsley, because they just make you think of the time when grandma would spread dough on the table and fill the house with a delicious smell!

Mushrooms are not only delicious, but they are also very healthy! They are full of vitamins and minerals, good for the heart and give you strength, only good for those who are worthy and hardworking. And besides, you know how it is, what is picked by hand and grown in the forest is the most precious gift from nature!

We dry them gently, in the fresh air, without haste, as is their custom. And let's be honest, we only work with the highest quality raw materials. We pack them nicely, in biodegradable bags, just good enough to take home and make an unforgettable meal!

In each bag of pasta you will find a touch of happiness for your taste buds because we take care that every ingredient is fresh and flavorful. The highest quality flour, together with fresh eggs and raw vegetables, are the perfect combination for a hearty and healthy meal.

Attention: We recommend opening the bags by cutting with scissors below the area where the bag is attached with a staple.

Boil over low heat for 5-6 minutes.
The boiling time is approximate and may vary, so we recommend checking the pasta before turning off the heat.

Every time I admire how she rolls out the dough, how thin she makes it, and especially what a wonderful smell it has. :)
After I grew up, I helped her too, and then I did them all by myself, and for her.
So, when it came time to diversify my first baby's diet, I decided to improve my grandmother's recipe with various vegetables from our wonderful village garden.
And that's how we began this beautiful story in the world of colored pasta.
Even though our grandparents didn't use vegetables when they made pasta, we have improved the recipe they left behind to pass it on to our children."
