We have recreated the story of the hazelnut forest to offer you the most authentic treasures of nature.

I have always known that nature is the best cook. That's what inspired us to bring hazelnuts directly to your tables in delicious and innovative forms as a hazelnut producer. That and all the late summers spent with the family in a molehill, hidden from the world, where we each collected and tasted a handful of hazelnuts. We didn't think then that years later we would create such a plantation.

We followed our instinct, documented for years and created the Allu project in two stages: in 2018 we started the project for the establishment of the organic plantation, and in 2019 we built the project for the hazelnut processing unit. Both stages represented projects financed from European funds. Gradually, just like in the story of the hazelnut forest, colleagues joined to form a young team, full of enthusiasm. The entire team strongly believes that a fair, genuine and innovative approach can transform the world we live in.

We are committed to a 100% ecological process. The organic certificate is not a label or a buzzword, but a promise to you and to our planet that we undertake as a producer and processor of hazelnuts. It is a manifestation of our own philosophy that begins in the fertile soils of our plantation and ends up in every jar or package we produce. Just as we weed by hand, we ensure that every product we offer is clean, with no unnecessary ingredients added that would detract from their nutritional quality. We do not use additives, preservatives, thickeners, palm oil or sugar.

We support the community and local production

As a producer and processor of hazelnuts we build spaces and contexts where people can become informed and educated about their food choices. We cooperate closely with local farmers, collecting the raw material from them and offer them specialized consultancy in the establishment and maintenance of hazelnut plantations, through the Alunia initiative - an association founded for this purpose. We are dedicated to the revitalization of abandoned land that cannot be exploited in annual agriculture.
