I have always known that nature is the best cook. That's what inspired us to bring hazelnuts directly to your tables in delicious and innovative forms as a hazelnut producer. That and all the late summers spent with the family in a molehill, hidden from the world, where we each collected and tasted a handful of hazelnuts. We didn't think then that years later we would create such a plantation.
We followed our instinct, documented for years and created the Allu project in two stages: in 2018 we started the project for the establishment of the organic plantation, and in 2019 we built the project for the hazelnut processing unit. Both stages represented projects financed from European funds. Gradually, just like in the story of the hazelnut forest, colleagues joined to form a young team, full of enthusiasm. The entire team strongly believes that a fair, genuine and innovative approach can transform the world we live in.
