Allu products can be delivered by courier, throughout the territory of Romania and EU member countries. They can also be picked up from our showroom, after the confirmation received from the Allu team for the order placed: Strada Infrătirii, Nr. 137 C, Tașnad, Satu Mare County, Romania.
Orders can be placed online through the website www.allu.ro or by phone: +40 771 787 075.
Delivery time is indicated in the order acceptance email, respectively within a range of 2-5 working days , without exceeding the term of 14 days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered to the courier on the next working day.
The products will be delivered according to the delivery fee calculated at the time of placing the order.
For orders with a value greater than a certain amount, the customer benefits from free delivery (check the current promotions displayed on the main page) , and for orders with a value lower than that amount, delivery is made for a fee.
Free shipping:Â For orders over the amount mentioned on the main page, communicated in promotional messages or banners.
Free return:Â Only from the Account section
International shipping:Â Delivery throughout the European Union
The order payment options differ as follows:
- payment in cash on delivery of the package by the courier (cash or card with some couriers).
- online payment by bank card through the Shopify Payments payment processor.
You can return a product ordered on www.allu.ro within 14 calendar days of receiving the package under certain conditions (see Terms and Conditions). Follow the steps below:
The return is free , if it is requested and processed through the existing section in the User Account.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (with all accessories, labels intact, unsealed and without signs of use). Products that are altered or have physical changes, bumps, scratches, pinches are not accepted. If the returned product has damaged or incomplete packaging, signs of wear, scratches, bumps, missing accessories, missing warranty certificates, we reserve the right to withhold an amount from its value, the amount to be communicated after the assessment of the damage caused.
If the return conditions are met, the amount paid for the returned product will be reimbursed to the beneficiary by bank transfer, to the account from which the payment was made or the account communicated, within a maximum of 14 working days from the receipt of the product by the seller.
We reserve the right to refuse to refund the value and return the product to you if the product does not correspond in quality.
