Official Rules of the "Allu Sends You on Vacation" Contest



  1. Contest organizer

The organizer of the competition is Holiv Ecoplant SRL, with registered office in Eriu Sâncrai, Craidorolț commune, no. 392, Satu Mare county, with order number in the Trade Register J30/859/23.09.2016, unique tax registration code RO 36582066, e-mail office@allu.ro, telephone 0771787075, hereinafter referred to as "Organizer".


  1. Duration and venue of the contest

The contest is held exclusively online, on the website https://allu.ro, between October 1, 2024 and October 31, 2024, inclusive.


  1. The right to participate

All natural persons, resident in Romania, who have reached the age of 18 and who place an order with a minimum value of 300 RON on the website https://allu.ro during the period of the contest can participate in this contest.


  1. Mode of participation

To participate in the raffle, participants must place an order of at least 300 RON on the website https://allu.ro between October 1, 2024 and October 31, 2024. Each order of at least 300 RON represents an automatic entry into the raffle . No further action is required on the part of the participants.


  1. Award

The prize offered in the contest consists of a 100 EUR voucher, valid for the purchase of a vacation from the "Paralela 45 Satu Mare" travel agency.


  1. Designation of winner

The winner will be selected by random drawing using an electronic randomization system by November 5, 2024. The winner will be contacted at the email address provided when placing the order and will have 5 calendar days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified time, a new draw will be made.


  1. Conditions for awarding the prize

The prize can be used exclusively at the "Paralela 45 Satu Mare" travel agency for the purchase of a holiday that must be booked by 31.12.2024 at the latest for the current year or for the year 2025. The value of the voucher cannot be exchanged for money and is not transferable.


  1. Data Privacy

By participating in this contest, the participants express their consent for their personal data to be processed by the Organizer, exclusively for the purpose of conducting and promoting this contest. The data will not be shared with third parties outside of legal necessity.


  1. disputes

(1) In case of any conflicts arising between the Organizer and the participants in the competition, they will be resolved amicably, through direct discussions, within 15 working days from the official reporting of the conflict by either party.


(2) If an amicable solution cannot be reached, the parties involved may submit the conflict for resolution to the competent authorities in Romania.


(3) If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably or through mediation, it will be submitted for resolution to the competent courts at the Organizer's headquarters, according to the legislation in force in Romania.


(4) Contest participants understand and accept that all complaints related to the organization or conduct of the contest must be communicated to the Organizer within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of detection of any irregularity. Any complaint made after this deadline will not be considered.


(5) Any appeals related to the prize offered or the manner of conducting the competition shall be sent in writing to the e-mail address: office@allu.ro or to the Organizer's headquarters and shall be resolved within 30 working days from date of receipt.


(6) If the contest is affected by an event of force majeure, as defined by the applicable legislation, the Organizer reserves the right to suspend or terminate the contest, without owing compensation to the participants. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, natural calamities, wars, acts of terrorism, government orders or other circumstances beyond the Organizer's control.


  1. Other provisions

The organizer reserves the right to modify these regulations, provided that the modifications are publicly announced on the website https://allu.ro. The changes will not affect the rights of participants already registered in the contest.
